No, our pre-delivery service is aimed at renters, dealers and in general those who need to prepare fleets of cars for the road.

How can I get updates on the progress of the PDI?

We constantly inform our customers about the status of the service via email or telephone contact. When the car arrives at the hub, a notification will be sent containing information on the expected delivery date as well.

What happens if a problem is detected on a vehicle?

If a malfunction or damage is detected on the vehicle, Escargo can repair it at the hub avoiding the return of the vehicle to the manufacturer.

How soon will the vehicles be ready?

The average timeframe for a PDI will vary according to the model of the car and the manufacturer’s inspections. We usually expect the car to be ready in our yards in no more than three days.
